2009/05/12 – Toronto, ON  – Toronto’s Humber College moved closer to a campus-wide “One Card Solution” this week with the installation of 10 state-of-the-art card based vending machine controllers on their Coke machines.  Campbell Richardson, CEO of ITC Systems, says this implementation makes for a convenient and efficient vending option, and represents a valuable new income stream for the college.

“Humber College has been using our Multiplan meal plan solution for nearly 10 years for their food service,” Mr. Richardson notes.  “The addition of the controllers in the vending machines will give cardholders more flexibility in using their Humber Meal Card.”

As Humber College moves towards the “One Card” solution many other ITC Systems customers have already implemented, Mr. Richardson expects additional convenience for students and administrators alike. “When we network all campus services – copy, print, laundry and meal plans, among others – we typically find our customers realize efficiencies they never even knew existed,” Mr. Richardson notes.  “It’s tremendously satisfying work.”
