Job Description:

Role Summary:

 The Sales Support and Assistant role works with the Director of Sales (DOS) and sales team with tasks related to administrative work to support the DOS, help with the servicing of existing accounts, assist with sales initiatives, monitor order status, input sales quotes and reports and maintain a working knowledge of the products and solution the company offers.


  1. Liaise with Director of Sales daily to develop specific sales strategies
  2. Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing customers
  3. Engage with customers daily to answer questions, help resolve issues, handle sales escalations, initiate lead follow-up and ensure the customer is generally satisfied.
  4. Create quotes and process orders in a timely manner and follow up with customers about their order status.
  5. Review pending quotes & opportunities to make sure they are up to date.
  6. Schedule meetings and sales appointments,
  7. Work with and in the CRM to maintain the sales data and keep the metrics current.
  8. Assist the DOS with locating and responding to RFP/RFQ requests.


  1. 2+ Years of related experience
  2. Computer literate and proficient in computer software systems, ie) Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe PDF.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  4. Experience with an ERP and CRM programs, SAP and HubSpot knowledge is an asset
  5. Self-starter that works well in a team environment.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.


A Bachelor or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

This is a full‐time position with a base salary plus commission ($35k to $45k) and health benefits.
