University of Torontos official IT Conference TechKnowFile was a great success. As a gold sponsor, ITC Systems was afforded a prime location with which to set up their booth. Our display highlighted ITC Systems longstanding history of working with U of T. Although all attendees were familiar with their campus TCard, few knew that ITC Systems was the provider of this and accompanying technology. Many departments seemed highly interested in the extensive functionality of ITC Systems newest software offering: Print Manager powered by PaperCut.
The conference kicked-off with an enlightening talk from the keynote speaker Paul Zikopoulos. Zikopoulos spoke about Big Data and how companies can use information acquired from the web to profile their customers. Todays data has eliminated the average profile since so many individual details are now available.
