Toronto, July 22nd 2014: ITC Systems is honouring Solutions Advisor Mark Visentin for 15 years of service to the company that CEO Campbell Richardson says have been marked by “stellar commitment.”

“Mark is a key part of the success team at ITC Systems and we appreciate how dedicated he has been to supporting our customers, and his co-workers, over the past 15 years,” Mr. Campbell says. “His efforts are greatly appreciated.”

Mark works closely with the ITC Systems sales team to recommend customer solutions that meet or exceed industry best practices standards. He also works closely with the company’s support and service teams to ensure that implementations rollout smoothly and that they meet solution requirements.

One of Mr. Visentin’s many achievements has been the development of an internal access database system to track support and service items.  He has also improved the professional services and implementation processes at ITC Systems.

“My goal as solutions advisor is to streamline the solution process so the sales team can focus on our customers,” he says. “What has kept me here so long has been the opportunity to grow, the opportunity to travel, and the opportunity to have great mentors who are willing to notice someone’s skills and talents and help them improve themselves.”

“It’s great to get recognized for hard work.”

Mr. Visentin started his career at ITC Systems after completing his Information Systems Technology Diploma from Toronto’s George Brown College. He began work at the company as a software support specialist and then moved on to the roles of software support manager, IT Manager, engineering manager and, finally, solutions advisor.

Mr. Richardson notes that Mr. Visentin has an in-depth understanding of ITC Systems’ products and customers, and he has consistently gone the extra mile to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

“Mark is an adept, creative and effective problem solver, and he has an inspired understanding of the intricacies of software development and implementation,” Mr. Richardson says.

“On behalf of all ITC Systems employees, suppliers and customers, I would like to thank Mark for all of his contributions, as well as for his continued loyalty, and I look forward to celebrating another 15 years with him.”
