About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations and Enablement to lead the optimization of ITC’s sales processes, strategies, and technologies, aimed at driving sales growth and enhancing efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of ITC’s sales function, with a strong focus on boosting revenue growth through operational excellence, sales team performance, and strategic alignment. This role will report to the VP of Sales.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage quoting process

- Ensure quote accuracy
- Ensure pricing is up to date/annual SKU updates
- Assist in refining the business processes surrounding Salesforce and evaluate automation tools
2. Manage data integrity

- SF contact data accuracy
- Renewal process: ensure accurate pricing and contract terms
- Work with Account Manager to ensure all existing client meetings are calendared at regular intervals
3. Build efficient systems

- Including developing playbooks for capturing information needed between Opportunity Won and kick-off call
4. Act as a technical resource during sales discovery process
5. Oversee sales enablement

- Develop training systems for new sales staff product knowledge
- Maintain sample SOW library
- Maintain security doc library
- Maintain current sales presentation library
- RFP management
- Maintain internal sales resource documentation for customer facing materials
- Building out sales tools for Account Managers and Account Executives
We are looking for a blend of qualifications, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong background in sales operations and enablement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP Business One), data analysis, and reporting tools
- Strong leadership, project management and team management experience
- Strong skills in data analysis, sales forecasting, and identifying trends to inform decision-making
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in process improvement and change management
