Please tell me your position at ITC Systems and your role? What other roles have you performed at ITC Systems?
My current position at ITC Systems is Sales Administrator. My primary responsibilities include managing support contracts for our Canadian customers. As an extension of the sales team, I act as a point of contact for customers with queries regarding contract renewals, delivery details and invoicing. I am also responsible for the coordination of all travel arrangements company-wide and I assist with company staff events.
During my employment with ITC Systems, I’ve held roles as a Receptionist and Shipping Clerk.
How long have you been working here?
Last year, I celebrated my ten years of service.
Can you tell us a little about your day to day job functions?
As Sales Administrator, my primary functions include entering information into SAP, sending out renewal letters to customers and invoicing.
What has been the most interesting thing you’ve seen or done here?
The most interesting thing I’ve seen here at the company was seeing Rob ride a hover board. Our company events are always fun and exciting, especially our Annual Halloween costume party and pumpkin carving.
What tools or software do you use most in your day to day operations?
On a regular day basis, I use Outlook, SAP, UPS.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
My favorite vacation spot is at the cottage and Punta Cana.
What do you like most about working at ITC Systems?
What I like most about working at ITC Systems are the people I work with, the relaxed atmosphere, summer barbecues, and Christmas parties.
What more can you tell me about yourself i.e. Family, leisure activities, sports, accomplishments, etc.?
I’m a grandma to a 6-year-old boy named Declan. I’m happily married for 30 years and I have two daughters. I enjoy boating, relaxing at our family cottage, family get-togethers with both sides of the family. I’m an animal lover, and I have three dogs and a cat.
