What is your position at ITC Systems? What other roles have you performed at ITC Systems?
I am currently an Inside Sales Partner working directly with the Director of Sales for the Western Territory. I also manage certain accounting duties for the US offices.
How long have you been working here?
I have been with ITC Systems for almost 2 years.
Can you tell us a little about your day to day job functions?
As an ISP, my primary responsibility is to work with the outside sales team qualifying new opportunities and increasing our sales volume. I assist with sales team initiatives and work closely with our customer base to ensure they are 100% satisfied with our offerings. I also manage quotes and orders for our outside sales team.
What has been the most interesting thing you’ve seen or done here?
Coming together as a team is an important part of any job. We have a great team here, so getting to know people outside of work helps to build confidence and trust within our organization. I love our team building activities outside of the office. We have done many things, but my favorite is the Escape Room. You really get to know your peers when you are locked in a room and must work together to get out.
What tools or software do you use most in your day to day operations?
I spend half of my days on the phone and the other half on my computer. I use Microsoft 365 and SAP throughout the day. I also use programs like Live Chat and Basecamp which help keep our projects on track and allow us to communicate effectively with our customers.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
During my time in the Navy, I traveled to places all over the world. Two of my favorites places to visit are Greece and Spain. I really enjoyed the scenery and am passionate about old architecture and its preservation.
What do you like most about working at ITC Systems?
I love the environment! We have a great team here, always ready to help and build each other up. Our Canadian counterparts are very welcoming and always offer to assist when needed. At ITC Systems, we are a family and I love being a part of that.
What more can you tell me about yourself i.e. Family, leisure activities, sports, accomplishments et
c.?
I have four kids and one grandson, so my free time is spent with them. My son Grayson loves football and my daughters Paige and Catrina play competitive volleyball. My oldest daughter Lindsey and my grandson Anthony are also nearby and I love getting to see them. I also enjoy spending time with friends, hanging out at the fire pit and watching NFL football. I am a lifetime fan of the Buffalo Bills.
