ITC Systems, a leader in campus one card and print management solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of three new senior roles. These newly created positions reflect a deepened commitment to providing an industry-best experience for ITC’s customers across North America.

Lisa Plekhanova, VP of Operations 

As a seasoned consultant, advisor, and senior leader working with SaaS companies, Lisa’s mission is to ensure optimal collaboration across all departments and to enhance the end-to-end experience for customers as they engage with ITC.  

Lisa’s initiatives include developing an infrastructure and practices that elevate ITC’s standards for delivering support and professional services. She has also redefined key management roles within customer support and solution implementation, with an enduring commitment to enriching customers’ relationships with ITC. 

Scott Dubreuil, Director of Customer Experience 

Scott brings extensive experience in customer success for IT solutions to ITC’s senior team. In his most recent role as Customer Delight Program Manager at IBM, Scott led customer success, proactive and reactive remediation, and root cause analysis for customer issues related to an IBM Cloud SaaS solution. 

With over 16 years in the IT industry, Scott is passionate about customer advocacy and solution excellence. With a personal mission to go above and beyond to help companies meet their business goals, Scott will be working closely to guide, support, and inform ITC customers on every step of their journey. 

Stephanie Damgaard, Director of Communications 

With a strong background developing marketing and communications strategies in the professional services and SaaS industries, Stephanie is passionate about delivering customer-centric content that helps tech-driven companies succeed. 

Under Stephanie’s leadership, ITC will be rolling out improved communication around product upgrades and new offerings to keep customers informed and engaged with the latest innovations the company has to offer. She will also be focused on creating collaboration and knowledge-sharing opportunities for customers in the coming months.
