2010/08/06- Toronto, ON – ITC Systems has recently upgraded the copy and print control facilities for the Progress Career Planning Institute (PCPI), a Toronto-based not-for-profit organization that offers career development services.

ITC service technicians performed a successful on-site installation at PCPI in only one hour. The installation involved a replacement of PCPI’s current ITC Systems’ 1015 card reader, which was controlling their Print Manager software, with the 5310-F coin-op. This new copy and print control solution manages both Print Manager and the Canon IR3230 copier that PCPI presently uses in their office for their document processing needs.

“This implementation creates a convenient and cost-effective copy/print environment. The 5300 coin-op series is a great economical choice for any single application such as printing and copying,” notes Orion Desouza, ITC Systems’ service tech. “Our coin-op is designed to be versatile where it can control two operations instead of just one”. This install allows PCPI to control all their printing and copying with the use of one single device, which at the end of the day, makes it a cost-effective and efficient option for the company’s bottom line.

PCPI has been a satisfied ITC Systems customer for over five years and was ready for upgrades to meet their growing needs. ITC Systems is a true advocate when it comes to providing the best cost-recovery solutions to customers that will in turn help streamline their everyday business operations.
