2009/05/15 – St. Louis, MO – ITC Systems scored top marks from the University of California at Irvine recently for the installation of a new library student pay for copy/print solution and ITC Systems’ CEO Campbell Richardson is pleased with the feedback.
“The Irvine installation was reasonably straightforward,” he notes “We replaced all of the existing copier stored value readers with ITC Systems online NetLink copier terminals. As part of the job all new network print software was implemented on the library computers and print release stations. There were some initial teething issues with matching software systems and networks however we were able to jump on solutions quickly and ensure the UC Irvine library site experienced little or no downtime.”
The University’s library is using the ITC Systems’ flexible Multiplan Gold database program coupled with their networked Print Manager Suite. Anis Hammoudeh, the university’s manager of library copy services is more effusive. “The service has been outstanding,” he says. “ITC has helped in every way possible and they’ve been an excellent company to work with.” Mr. Hammoudeh notes he appreciated the fact that ITC Systems’ technical representative was on-site for an extended period of time to shepherd the university’s own IT personnel through the set-up process. “I recommend them wholeheartedly and will continue to work with them in the future.”
